The company conducts its diverse operations through five main divisions: Property Development, Commercial Properties Investment, Property Management, Infrastructure, and Investment. Within its scope, the firm engages in the acquisition and leasing of various properties; oversees the operation of restaurants, hotels, and other managed facilities; and provides comprehensive property management services. Furthermore, it offers a suite of construction-related provisions, including water supply, clubhouse and residential support, professional consultancy, and architectural design. The company also encompasses design, building, and refurbishment solutions, manages property sales, provides home outfitting services, and participates in private and publicly traded equity investments, particularly in high-tech and medical science sectors. Founded in 1992, the company maintains its principal office in Central, Hong Kong, and functions as a subsidiary of Sounda Properties Limited.
