Playmates Toys Limited (0869.HK) is a Bermuda-incorporated investment holding company principally engaged in the design, development, marketing and distribution of toys and family entertainment activity products; its core offerings encompass action figures, playsets, vehicles, dolls, plush toys and interactive playsets under prominent licensed brands including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (featuring Mutant Mayhem, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and classic collections such as Spin Attack Leonardo and Mutant Modules), Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (including the Ultimate Megazord), Monsterverse (with Giant Roll N' Battle Godzilla and Hollow Earth Crystals), Miraculous Ladybug (such as Season 6 figures, 10th Anniversary Collector Dolls and Ladybug Dress-Up Sets), Winx Club and Stuntman Stu. The company targets children and families in the consumer discretionary leisure segment, with products distributed globally through retail channels. Founded in 1966 and headquartered in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, Playmates Toys operates across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and other international markets, employing approximately 67 people as a subsidiary of PIL Toys Limited.
