Recent strategic developments include a March 2025 alliance with Energy Fuels Inc. to enhance the US domestic supply chain for rare earth elements, titanium feedstocks and critical minerals through synergies in heavy mineral sands mining and processing; and August 2025 agreements with SRF Limited in India to expand capacity for fluoropolymers and fluoroelastomers without upfront capital investment, bolstering global supply flexibility for high-value applications in semiconductors, automotive and aerospace.
