FSG serves commercial airlines, cargo carriers, regional and business jet operators, MRO providers, OEMs and military customers globally through HEICO Parts Group (over 19,000 FAA approvals), HEICO Repair Group (over 32,000 component repairs) and HEICO Distribution Group (offices in Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia); ETG targets mission-critical niche markets including aircraft, spacecraft, missiles and non-flight defense systems. Founded in 1957 as Heinicke Instruments Company and renamed HEICO in 1986, the company is headquartered in Hollywood, Florida, and operates worldwide with over 100 subsidiaries following more than 90 acquisitions since the 1990s.
