Lisi S.A. designs, manufactures and markets high-technology assembly solutions and fasteners for the aerospace, automotive and medical sectors worldwide. The company operates through three divisions offering specialized products including fasteners, structural components and installation tools such as OPTIBLIND, high pressure hydraulic fittings, latches, RIB fittings, TYX and O-rings for aerospace manufacturers; cable channels, guide rods, electric parking brakes, sealing screws and standard automotive clips as well as metal and plastic assembly solutions and safety mechanical components for automotive original equipment manufacturers and suppliers; and medical implants, ancillaries and minimally invasive surgical instruments including staplers and hip prostheses. Lisi S.A., founded in 1777 and headquartered in Belfort, France, maintains 42 production sites across Europe, North America and Asia with more than 10,000 employees generating approximately EUR 1.85 billion in annual revenue. In recent developments, Lisi confirms the sale of its LISI Medical division to SK Capital on October 31, 2025, rebranded as Precera Medical and headquartered in Minneapolis, United States, while acquiring a 9.988% minority stake in the holding company and potential additional proceeds based on SK Capital's exit; LISI Automotive Hungary completes the acquisition of Polysemble Hungary assets in Győr on September 30, 2025 to bolster automotive component production; and LISI Automotive divests its subsidiary LISI Automotive Nomel SAS to ZB Invest in February 2025 as part of its refocusing strategy.
