Revvity, Inc. provides health sciences solutions, technologies, expertise, and services that deliver complete workflows from discovery to development, diagnosis, and cure, with specialized focus areas in translational multi-omics technologies, biomarker identification, imaging, prediction, screening, detection and diagnosis, and informatics. The company operates through two primary segments: Life Sciences, offering instruments, consumables, reagents, software, detection and imaging technologies, automation systems, and services including DNA sequencing; and Diagnostics, providing instruments, reagents, assay platforms, and software for reproductive health, immunodiagnostics, and applied genomics markets, such as testing for genetic disorders, infectious diseases, autoimmune conditions, and newborn screening. Core product brands include AlphaLISA and SureFire Ultra no-wash assays; BioLegend antibodies and MojoSort magnetic separation; chemagic nucleic acid extraction; DELFIA time-resolved fluorescence assays; Dharmacon gene manipulation reagents; EUROIMMUN autoimmunity diagnostics; IVIS in vivo imaging systems; JANUS, Zephyr, and AssayMate automated liquid handlers; LANCE TR-FRET assays; Opera Phenix and Operetta CLS high-content screening systems; T-SPOT TB testing; Vanadis noninvasive prenatal testing; and Revvity Signals software for data management. Founded in 1937 as PerkinElmer, Inc. and rebranded to Revvity in April 2023 following the spin-off of its applied, food, and enterprise services business to New Mountain Capital, the company is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, and employs approximately 11,000 people serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, diagnostic laboratory, and government customers in over 190 countries.
