(NYSE: YUMC; HKEX: 9987; LSE: 0M30.L) owns, operates, and franchises quick-service and casual dining restaurants under the KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Little Sheep, Huang Ji Huang, East Dawning, COFFii & JOY, Lavazza, and Shaofaner brands; it offers localized menus featuring fried chicken, pizzas, hot pot, simmer pot dishes, Tex-Mex items, coffee, and Jiangnan cuisine alongside online food delivery services and a mobile e-commerce platform via V-Gold Mall. Founded in 1987 with the opening of its first KFC in Beijing and spun off as an independent public company from Yum! Brands in 2016, the company is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and maintains an office in Plano, Texas, for U.S. regulatory filings.
