Scatec ASA develops, builds, owns and operates renewable energy plants, including solar photovoltaic systems, wind power, hydropower facilities and battery energy storage solutions; provides operations and maintenance services, asset management and development and construction services for solar, wind and hydro projects. The company operates across emerging markets in Africa, Asia, Latin America and other high-growth regions, with 4,221 MW in operation, approximately 6.2 GW in operation and under construction spanning five continents, and targets utilities, governments and corporate customers through long-term power purchase agreements. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Scatec ASA lists on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker SCATC and employs around 741 people.
