Vitec Software Group AB (publ) develops and delivers vertical market software solutions for niche industries including real estate brokerage and property management; media and publishing; energy forecasting, distribution network management and industrial applications; financial services for banks, insurance companies and bond market analysis; automotive workshops and transport; healthcare; pharmacies; construction; and education. The company, founded in 1985 and headquartered in Umeå, Sweden, operates primarily in the Nordic region with presence in Denmark, Finland, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, the United States and other countries through independent business units such as Brokerage, Real Estate, Media, Energy, Capitex and 3L System; subsidiaries include Futursoft OY, AutoData Norge AS, Tietomitta OY, Aloc A/S and NMG S.A. In recent developments, Vitec completed the acquisition of 80% of Polish software firm NMG S.A. in October 2025, enhancing its energy and industrial sector offerings; acquired Scanrate Financial Systems A/S for Danish bond market analysis; purchased Figlo in the Netherlands; and executed seven acquisitions in 2024 and six in 2023 to drive growth, alongside entering a new loan agreement and establishing an MTN program in early 2025.
