Delta Plus Group (Euronext Growth: ALDLT; LSE: 0RUJ) designs, manufactures and distributes a comprehensive range of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protection solutions for professionals worldwide. The company offers head protection including eyewear, helmets, hearing protection and respiratory products; hand protection such as cut-resistant, thermal, chemical, mechanical and craftsman gloves; body protection encompassing workwear, technical wear, outdoor wear and disposable garments; foot protection featuring safety shoes, boots and indoor footwear; and fall protection systems comprising body support, fall arresters, anchorage and positioning devices, connecting systems and suspension-rescue equipment, with over 1,100 models and 7,200 references across these categories. Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Apt, France, Delta Plus Group operates 47 subsidiaries in 30 countries, distributes to more than 110 countries via 18 production sites where it manufactures 85% of its products, and employs approximately 3,700 people serving industries including construction, manufacturing, energy, agriculture and transportation. In recent years, the company has pursued external growth through 10 acquisitions from 2020 to 2024, including the October 2025 purchase of Lithuanian high-end workwear specialist Gevanta with €9 million in revenue to bolster its Baltic and Scandinavian presence; it reported €400.1 million in 2024 revenue and €187.8 million in first-half 2025 revenue while emphasizing sustainability initiatives like an eco-score system for products and reduced packaging.
