China Maple Leaf Educational Systems Limited operates as a leading provider of premium bilingual international education services, offering the proprietary Maple Leaf World School Program (MLWSP), which integrates Chinese cultural elements with globally recognized curricula including A-level, International Baccalaureate (IB), and British Columbia-accredited dual-diploma programs to K-12 students; its core offerings encompass high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, preschools, foreign national schools, summer and winter camps, alongside ancillary services such as technical support, educational consultancy, school uniforms, educational books and materials, retail operations, and catering for schools and institutions. The company serves primarily local Chinese students, international students, and expatriate families through brands including Maple Leaf, Canadian International School (CIS) in Singapore delivering IB with bilingual English-Chinese immersion, and Kingsley International School (KIS) in Malaysia providing A-level education. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, it maintains approximately 27 schools across over 20 cities in China, Malaysia, Singapore, and other regions, with total enrollment of 8,385 students as of August 2025. In recent developments, the company reconsolidated Shanghai Maple Leaf Bilingual School in August 2025 after it secured an independent high school operating license amid PRC regulatory adaptations; expanded university pathway partnerships including the 1+3 programs with Arizona State University (April 2023) and University of Alberta (October 2024), enrolling 85 graduates for 2025/2026; launched premium Honorary Zhou Enlai Class (February 2024) targeting Oxford and Cambridge pathways and Ivy League Class pilot (August 2025) for Harvard and Yale preparation; achieved ECCTIS benchmarking for MLWSP (April 2024) and Mongolian school authorization for Maple Leaf Chinese as a Second Language (CSL) program serving over 1,100 students since September 2025; introduced the MLES-SIS graduate information system (April 2024) and public catering services in Shenzhen and Inner Mongolia (since June 2023); and completed a share repurchase program expiring December 2024 while reporting record FY2025 profit of RMB308.9 million.
