Formerly known as Hydoo International Holding Limited, the company rebranded to its current name in August 2020 to align with regional development initiatives. In recent developments, it completed the acquisition of Wisdom Knight Holdings Limited to bolster AI capabilities, launched the Quantum Pai platform for enhanced AI computing services, and announced a new share subscription to raise HK$187.6 million aimed at funding AI cloud services expansion.
