Sundart Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, operates as a fitting-out contractor primarily in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and the People's Republic of China. The company undertakes fitting-out works for commercial buildings, hotels, residential properties, serviced apartments, factories, and other properties; alteration, addition, and construction works; manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution of interior decorative materials; manufacturing of interior decorative timber products such as fire-rated timber doors and wooden furniture; re-engineering and pre-fabrication services; and leasing of intellectual properties and properties. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong, Sundart Holdings Limited serves the engineering and construction sector, focusing on interior decoration for diverse property types, and is a subsidiary of Reach Glory International Limited. In April 2025, the company formed a joint venture with Langsheng International Limited to acquire interests in Quarella Group for HK$240 million, aiming to enhance its indoor decoration materials supply chain. In May 2025, Sundart Holdings entered into a business cooperation framework agreement with Jangho Co., Ltd. for the provision of construction management services and other works through December 2027, supporting expansion in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
