Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (1783.HK), founded in 1985 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in August 2018, operates as an investment holding company primarily engaged in construction and green energy infrastructure businesses in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, and internationally including Southeast Asia and Europe. The group provides superstructure building and repair, maintenance, alteration and addition (RMAA) works services as a main contractor; integrated energy efficiency retrofit services for buildings; infrastructure and installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging services; development and application of new energy storage systems and battery energy storage systems; integrated building intelligent control and energy efficiency control systems; and reverse supply chain management and environmental-related services through recycling and redesigning power batteries for reuse in new energy storage applications. Headquartered at Office F & G, Floor 23, Maxgrand Plaza, No. 3 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, the company, formerly known as Golden Ponder Holdings Ltd until its name change in 2023, has expanded through key acquisitions including Builders Company Limited in 2021, Chun Yang International (HK) Company Limited in 2022, and the completion of the acquisition of Green Jade Reverse Logistics Ltd and its subsidiary Supportive Recycling Pte. Ltd in May 2025 for HK$5.04 million to strengthen its global power battery recycling system and establish a second Asian battery handling hub in Singapore.
