WOLVES HAND Co., Ltd. operates veterinary hospitals providing primary to advanced care throughout Japan, along with related pet services and support businesses. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Osaka, the company manages animal hospitals offering comprehensive veterinary medical services; pet salon operations including grooming and trimming as well as pet hotels; the WANTARO customer management software system for veterinary hospitals; VMN (Veterinary Medical Network), an online information platform with educational seminars and content distribution for veterinarians; and research, development, manufacturing, sales, leasing, import, and export of medical equipment and devices. It primarily serves pet owners and veterinary professionals across Japan with approximately 453 employees. The company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in June 2024; completed the acquisition of Bahati Co., Ltd. for ¥338 million in February 2025 to expand its operations; agreed to acquire Soyokaze Co., Ltd. in August 2024; and recently agreed to acquire Hills Ltd. from Akihiko Okaniwa in October 2025.
