Business
Unity Enterprise Holdings Limited is an investment holding company that operates as a contractor specializing in repair, maintenance, alteration, and addition (RMAA) works for existing buildings and facilities in Hong Kong. The company provides comprehensive repair and maintenance services including re-roofing; external and internal walls refurbishment; floor screeding and retiling; spalling repair; scaffolding; repairing and replacement of windows and doors; plastering; painting; improvement of fire services systems; and plumbing and drainage works. It also offers ancillary services such as alteration and addition works for building layout and structural elements; design of new structural works; checking of structural adequacy for existing constructions; interior decoration works to existing premises; and distribution of building materials. Founded in 1999 and headquartered at Unit 1002, 10th Floor, Billion Trade Centre, 31 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, the company serves property owners and managers in Hong Kong's construction special trade contractors industry, addressing mandatory building safety requirements amid an aging urban building stock. In November 2025, Unity Enterprise Holdings completed the acquisition of Newco Construction Engineering Limited for HKD 35 million through issuance of 28.19 million consolidated consideration shares at HKD 0.0385 each and a promissory note of HKD 24.15 million, making the target an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary whose results consolidate into group accounts; this transaction adjusted the shareholding structure with the vendor holding a 16.67% stake. The company listed its shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in March 2021 and maintains a workforce of approximately 18 employees under CEO Leung Chan. It operates in a competitive, fragmented RMAA market driven by regulatory demands for building inspections and repairs.
