Watts International Maritime Company Limited, an investment holding company incorporated in 2017 and headquartered at 5/F, Tower 17, 2816 Yixian Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, China, provides port infrastructure construction; waterway engineering; marine engineering services; municipal public construction including public infrastructure within cities, urban greening, and building construction in the People's Republic of China and Southeast Asia. The company operates through two main segments, Marine Construction, which encompasses port infrastructure, waterway engineering, and related services, and Municipal Public Construction, serving clients in electricity, shipping, energy, chemical, municipal engineering, and housing construction industries across the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Central China, North China, and overseas markets including Brunei and Indonesia under the Belt and Road initiative. Key subsidiaries include Shanghai Third Harbor Benteng Maritime Engineering Co., Ltd., which holds new and high-technology enterprise status with a preferential 15% income tax rate renewed in October 2022, and Shanghai Watts Environmental. In recent developments, the company changed its name from Watts International Maritime Engineering Limited to Watts International Maritime Company Limited in January 2022; reported consolidated revenue of RMB749.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, up 4.8% year-over-year with marine construction revenue at RMB244.5 million and municipal public construction at RMB505.2 million; achieved profit from main operations of RMB49.9 million, a 12.6% increase; renewed its master construction services agreement and raw material procurement deal with related party Shanghai Watts Gallop Holding Group; and appointed Wang Lifang as executive director in December 2025.
