(2367.HK) is a China-based investment holding company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of bioactive material-based beauty and health products through its subsidiaries. The company offers professional skin treatment products including functional skincare items such as recombinant collagen restoration single-use essences, precise and intensive repair series, focus creams, hydration series, regular series and collagen masks under the Comfy and Collgene brands; medical dressings like recombinant collagen dressings, repair dressings and medical skin liquid dressings; as well as rare ginsenosides technology-based functional foods and medical devices, primarily under the Comfy, Collgene, Ke Yu and SKIGIN brands. Giant Biogene Holding operates mainly within the domestic Chinese market across online platforms including Tmall, Douyin, JD.com, Xiaohongshu and Kuaishou, and offline channels encompassing approximately 1,700 public hospitals, 3,000 private hospitals and clinics, 130,000 chain pharmacies and 6,000 CS/KA stores; it was founded in 2000 with headquarters located at No. 1855, Shanglin Yuan 7th Road, Chang'an District, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, People's Republic of China. In the first half of 2025, the company reported revenue of RMB3.11 billion, up 22.5% year-on-year, driven by new product launches including Comfy Recombinant Collagen Restoration Single-Use Essence (Collagen Stick 2.0) incorporating proprietary Type IV collagen, Comfy Precise and Intensive Repair Series with Type IV thermo-mouldable collagen, and upgraded Collgene Collagen Mask King 3.0; it expanded Comfy proprietary stores to 24 nationwide including in Hangzhou, Nanjing and Tianjin, entered Watsons Malaysia as the first Chinese functional skincare brand there, strengthened channel collaborations via summit forums and pharmacy activities, and secured top rankings in e-commerce sales during the 618 Shopping Festival such as TOP 1 on Tmall's Medical Dressing Praise List for its classic recombinant collagen dressing.
