Lesi Group Limited Lesi Group Limited (2540.HK) is an investment holding company principally engaged in providing mobile advertising solutions and advertisement distribution services in the People's Republic of China. The company offers comprehensive mobile advertising solutions, including mobile marketing planning; traffic acquisition; production of ad creatives such as still images, texts and short videos; ad placements; ad optimization; ad campaign management; and ad distribution on media platforms operated by media partners, which encompass search engine platforms, short video platforms, social media platforms, news and information content platforms, mobile browsers and app stores. It also provides standalone advertisement distribution services through acquisition of advertising space from media publishers and agents for resale to customers via arbitrage. Customers span technology and internet services, financial services, gaming and e-commerce industries; as of mid-2025, the company maintains relationships with four prominent PRC technology media publishers enabling direct distribution on 17 platforms and serves approximately 188 clients annually. Founded in 2015 and headquartered at 9/F, Block D, Xingdi Center in Beijing, the company operates as a subsidiary of Ka Lok Holdings Limited and was formerly known as Lesi Technology Holdings Limited. Lesi Group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board on March 8, 2024, raising net proceeds of approximately RMB78.7 million to expand mobile advertising business, short video production capacities, self-developed platform functions, business collaborations or mergers and general working capital. In 2025, it entered new lease agreements adding RMB33.4 million to right-of-use assets for office premises and staff quarters, relocated to expanded facilities in Beijing's Xingdi Center, signed guarantee contracts in July with media platform suppliers to secure advertising space payments, and explored collaborations with cross-border e-commerce media platforms to enhance technological capabilities and overseas market ad content creation.
