Its consolidated subsidiaries are b-style smartcareer, b-style media, b-style value technologies and b-style challenge. In the latest period, the group expanded its essential-work staffing activities, launched the Shufu JOB Agent recruitment service using the Shufu JOB platform, and reported that its Neighbor Care Career service, which mobilizes latent labor among homemakers for local care-related work, surpassed 200 temporary staff placements shortly after launch. It broadened Shufu JOB television advertising from the Kanto, Kansai and Chubu regions to Fukuoka, strengthened nationwide brand-building and shifted toward a group-wide brand portfolio strategy centered on Shufu JOB, with cross-selling and shared marketing across Smart Career and other businesses.
