Activia Properties Inc. (3279.T) is a Japan-based real estate investment trust (J-REIT) that acquires, owns and leases urban retail facilities and office properties, primarily in Tokyo and other major urban areas including surrounding commuter regions; its portfolio comprises 45 properties with an aggregate acquisition price of 541.8 billion yen as of May 31, 2025, featuring flagship assets such as Shiodome Building, Tokyu Plaza Omotesando "Omokado", Ebisu Prime Square, Kasumigaseki Tokyu Building, DECKS Tokyo Beach and Q plaza HARAJUKU, achieving an occupancy rate of 99.6%; the REIT targets stable medium- to long-term earnings growth through competitive property selection emphasizing location, scale, quality and sustainability initiatives like environmental footprint reduction and community contributions.
