In recent developments, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongguan Ruixing, entered into a three-year management services agreement effective October 2025 with Yunfu Guangming School to provide comprehensive consultancy services covering strategic planning, organizational structure, daily operations, teaching management, human resources, financial management, and information systems for Yunfu High School through August 2028, reflecting an ongoing strategy to expand operational footprint under an asset-light model; the company has implemented enhanced internal controls, including monthly reporting, cap monitoring, and independent audits, to ensure fair terms.
