Hevol Services Group Co. Limited (6093.HK), an investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2018 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2019, provides property management services and related value-added services primarily in the People's Republic of China; headquartered at Zhongkun Plaza, No. 59 Gaoliangqiao Xiejie, Beijing. The company offers property management services including security, cleaning, greening, gardening, and repair and maintenance to residential, commercial, and other properties for property owners, residents, and developers; community value-added services encompassing home-living services such as property repair, cleaning, interior decoration, electricity tariff collection, purchase assistance, accommodation, and catering, as well as leasing of parking spaces, swimming pools, advertising spaces, and common facilities to third parties, community group purchases, online community platforms, real estate brokerage, housing renovation, and organization of cultural activities including sports events, carnivals, elderly care, and festivals; and value-added services to non-property owners comprising site services, auxiliary property management, full-cycle pre-sale and delivery services, property agency, management consulting, and other consulting services. As of December 31, 2024, Hevol manages 394 property services projects across 45 cities in 18 provinces and municipalities with a total gross floor area under management of approximately 62.2 million square meters and contracted gross floor area of 70.2 million square meters, serving a diverse customer base of property owners, developers, and residents mainly in northern and southwestern China including Beijing and Guizhou; the company employs around 4,951 staff and operates three main segments: property management services (contributing RMB1.08 billion in 2024 revenue), community value-added services (RMB258 million), and value-added services to non-property owners (RMB29.2 million). Recent developments include plans announced on June 11, 2025, by an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary to acquire the remaining 30% equity in Guiyang Xinglong Property Management Co., Ltd. for RMB60.2 million, achieving full ownership of the target which manages 31 projects covering 8.15 million square meters in Guiyang, Guizhou, to enhance operational efficiency and expand in the southwestern region; in 2024, the group grew total revenue to RMB1.37 billion (up 3.9% year-over-year), managed gross floor area by 11.5%, and ranked 24th in China's Top 100 Property Service Enterprises while advancing its "Five-Enjoyment Service Benchmark" initiatives and party-building leadership model; additionally, it changed its principal place of business in Hong Kong to Room 6706, Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wanchai, effective August 28, 2025, and announced board changes effective September 26, 2025.
