(TSE: 8958) operates as a Japanese real estate investment trust that primarily invests in high-quality office buildings located in major metropolitan areas including the Tokyo metropolitan area, Chubu area, and Kinki area, as well as other government-designated cities; its portfolio features premium properties such as Rakuten Crimson House Aoyama, Otemachi First Square, Hirakawacho Mori Tower, Ark Hills Sengokuyama Mori Tower, Arca Central, Toyosu Prime Square, Yokohama Plaza Building, Meiji Yasuda Life Saitama Shintoshin Building, Meiji Yasuda Life Osaka Midosuji Building, and Yodoyabashi Flex Tower, selected based on criteria emphasizing proximity to train stations (CLOSER), recent construction (NEWER), and large scale (LARGER). The company, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, aims for sustainable asset growth and stable mid- to long-term earnings through strategic real estate acquisitions and management, with assets entrusted to Global Alliance Realty Co., Ltd.
