Banan Real Estate Company SJSC (Tadawul: 4324), founded in 2005 and headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, engages in the investment, development, management, and leasing of income-generating real estate across the Kingdom; its core activities encompass leasing residential and non-residential properties, operating and managing hotel apartments, providing real estate management services on a commission basis, and offering real estate registration services. The company operates primarily in the commercial, hospitality, and residential real estate segments, targeting investors, tenants, and property owners within Saudi Arabia. Recently, Banan completed the acquisition of 45% in Qimam Noshoz Real Estate Development Co. in January 2025, gaining control through its subsidiary Al-Azizah Real Estate Investment and Development Co., with financial consolidation effects starting in 2025; in September 2025, it signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with Abdulaziz & Saad Al-Mojel Trading and Investment Co. and Artal Financial Co. to establish a real estate investment fund for developing a 7,425 sqm plot in Riyadh's Al-Qairawan district, contributing 30% cash while serving as lead developer and exclusive marketer; additionally, its subsidiary Qimam Noshoz signed contracts worth SAR 244 million with Armah Sports Co. for fitness club developments, announced board approval for a simplified joint stock company for real estate investment, distributed cash dividends for fiscal 2024's second half, and relocated its head office within Riyadh.
