Business
Acrow Limited (ASX:ACF) provides smart integrated construction systems across formwork, industrial services, and commercial scaffolding primarily to residential, commercial, civil, and industrial customers in Australia. The company offers hire and sale of formwork and falsework systems including Slim-lite Soldier, Slim-max Soldier, Acrowall-60, Acrowall-80, Single Sided A-frames, Flex Deck, Acrow Props, GASS, Powershore 30, and Powershore 150; scaffolding systems such as SuperCuplok, Quickstage, Ringlock, and Uni-mesh Containment; specialised systems comprising Acrow Screens, Jacking Systems (Jumpform), and Universal Soldier System (USS); shoring and screen solutions; hardware and consumables including timber, ply, props, containment, scaffold accessories, formwork tie systems, and concrete release agents; as well as engineering design, labour supply, and related services. Founded in 1936 and headquartered in Revesby, New South Wales, Acrow operates from 15 locations nationwide with over 60,000 tonnes of equipment, supporting major projects such as Metro Tunnel, Cross River Rail, Snowy Hydro 2.0, M12 Motorway, and West Gate Tunnel. In 2025, the company completed acquisitions of Above Scaffolding Pty Ltd for AUD 29 million and Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services Australia Pty Ltd (also referred to as Acrow Energy and Infrastructure Services Australia), funded through its existing debt facility and immediately earnings accretive, enabling expansion into defense, asset maintenance, and industrial access sectors; it also reported 23% revenue growth for fiscal year 2025, secured key industrial contract renewals with clients including BHP, Origin, and BMD, and continues workforce investments exceeding 500 skilled workers and 63 engineers.
