Aditya Consumer Marketing Limited (ACML.BO), founded in 2002 and headquartered in Patna, Bihar, India, operates multi-brand retail supermarkets, salon and spa services, fine dining and casual restaurants, take-away outlets, and banquet halls primarily in Bihar. The company retails fast-moving consumer goods including groceries, packaged foods, biscuits, snacks, noodles, fruits, vegetables, household essentials, clothing, cosmetics, dairy products, and toys through its 9to9 Super Market chain with outlets in Patna, Gaya, and Muzaffarpur; provides hair care, skin care, and beauty services via 9to9 Salon & Spa locations in Patna, Gaya, and a new women's salon in Muzaffarpur opened in February 2022; manages five banquet halls including Sapphire, Ruby, and Crystal in Patna, plus venues in Gaya and Muzaffarpur for corporate events, weddings, and parties; operates seven Yo! China restaurants on franchise from Moods Hospitality Private Limited offering Chinese and Oriental cuisine across Patna, Gaya, Darbhanga, and Muzaffarpur; and runs Take-Away-Express fast food counters with delivery in Patna. Aditya Consumer Marketing converted from private to public limited status in 2016, expanded geographically with entries into Gaya in 2018, Darbhanga in 2020, and Muzaffarpur in 2021, recently opened a fifth Yo! China outlet in Darbhanga and added salon outlets, and reports promoter holding increasing to 58.99% as of September 2025 amid ongoing operational focus in retail, food & beverage, and beauty sectors.
