Business
Cybergun S.A. designs, manufactures and distributes officially licensed replica firearms, airsoft guns, airguns, light machine guns and associated accessories worldwide for recreational shooting, collectors, airsoft enthusiasts and training purposes; its core products include gun practice systems, soft air guns, BBs, chronographs, green gas, CO2 cartridges, chargers, batteries and tactical gear such as goggles, masks, vests, slings, holsters, cases, bipods, scopes, lasers, flashlights, grenades and targets, offered under exclusive licenses from brands including ARCHON FIREARMS, CANiK, COLT, DESERT EAGLE, FAMAS, FN HERSTAL, GLOCK, KALASHNIKOV, KAHR ARMS, MAUSER, SCHMEISSER, SWISS ARMS and THOMPSON. The company operates through subsidiaries Evike Europe for airsoft e-commerce across Europe, Arkania for defense engineering and industry solutions and Verney-Carron for hunting rifles and shotguns, targeting civilian, collector, sporting and professional markets with presence on all continents. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Suresnes, France, Cybergun recently changed its name to Calibre in July 2025 to finalize its strategic transformation, received firm takeover offers for its Verney-Carron subsidiary including support for FN Browning's bid in May 2025, strengthened its reference shareholder position in June 2025, resumed trading post-reorganization in July 2025, extended debt maturities in January 2025 and closed its Blois technical center while optimizing exclusive licenses such as recent deals with Shadow Systems and Century Arms.
