Evadix Sa, established in 1999 and historically based in Nivelles, Belgium, previously offered a comprehensive range of printing and direct marketing solutions. Its former operations included high-pagination offset and sheet printing, specialized printing on films like polypropylene and polyethylene, along with contract stitching and label manufacturing. The company also provided extensive marketing support, encompassing laser and inkjet document personalization, assembly and mailing services in plastic wrap, and end-to-end mailing production and management. Additionally, Evadix managed logistics services, covering storage, order preparation, packaging, and efficient flow management. However, Evadix ceased its industrial activities in 2018. In February 2021, the company was acquired by the Belgian investment holding company Whitestone Partners. Consequently, Evadix transitioned its focus to operate as an investment platform. Plans were subsequently outlined for a reverse merger, where Evadix would absorb Whitestone, with the combined entity ultimately adopting the Whitestone name.
