(M2i) operates as a leading provider of professional training services in information technology, digital technologies, management, office automation, and multimedia across France. The company offers an extensive portfolio of over 2,850 programs, including computer science courses in agility, databases, business intelligence, big data, blockchain, cloud computing, CRM, cybersecurity, DevOps, IT project management, artificial intelligence, IoT, languages and development, IS management, mobility, collaborative tools, design and modeling, networks and telecoms, robotic process automation, SAP, GIS, systems, testing, virtualization, storage, and backup; office automation training in software, DTP, image editing, and basic knowledge; management and soft skills programs in marketing, project management, HR, finance, legal, and sector-specific skills; digital and multimedia courses in web creation, social media, data analysis, 3D animation, and video; as well as diploma and certification programs in systems, networks, security, digital development, tertiary skills, integration, pedagogy, and multimedia, delivered through face-to-face, e-learning, blended learning, virtual classrooms, and COOC formats at 35 centers throughout France or remotely. Founded in 1985 and headquartered at 146-148 rue de Picpus in Paris, France, M2i serves over 4,200 customers including large enterprises, SMEs, and public administrations with tailored, certifiable training solutions certified under Qualiopi. In 2025, Skolae Group via its subsidiary Abilways (formerly Eductive SAS) acquired a majority 60% stake from Prologue, followed by a simplified public tender offer at €8.50 per share and compulsory delisting from Euronext Growth by June, integrating M2i into Skolae's network to expand continuing professional training with over 45 RNCP qualifications.
