Aquirian Limited (ASX:AQN) provides integrated people, equipment, technology products, and training solutions to the mining and resources industry primarily in Australia, New Zealand, and internationally across 12 countries. Incorporated in 2017 and headquartered at Level 5, 190 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia, the company operates through two main segments: Mining Services, which offers the Collar Keeper® System and lease equipment through TBS Mining Solutions; explosives storage solutions for energetic materials and dangerous goods through MagLok®; mining field services, mechanical repairs, equipment maintenance, reconditioning, engineering services, and onsite support through Cybem Services; and ammonium nitrate emulsion production at its Wubin facility under Western Energetics, including Hanwha’s patented X-Load™ range of waterproof energetics; and People Services, which delivers flexible resourcing solutions such as permanent placements, casual workforce, and contract personnel through TBS Workforce; elite white-collar talent acquisition through Primed Professionals; and full, refresher, surface, underground, and shotfiring training courses through Modular Training (RTO 51694). Recent developments include the settlement of its A$9.6 million debt-funded acquisition of the Wubin ammonium nitrate emulsion plant from Hanwha in 2024, enabling production of up to 160,000 tonnes per year and expansion into energetics; a A$2.3 million strategic placement from Topgroup in 2025 to form the 50:50 Drillforce WA joint venture for integrated drilling and blasting services leveraging Topdrill assets; a binding A$4.2 million term sheet with Papyrus Australia (ASX:PPY) in 2025 for domestic manufacture and supply of biodegradable Collar Keeper products over three years; a framework agreement with Hongda in November 2025 for a 90-day strategic review and potential joint venture to build an automated electronic detonator manufacturing facility at Wubin with capacity for 10 million units annually; and a A$5 million share placement in 2025 to support growth and commercialization of its technology portfolio.
