The company offers classroom-based programs supplemented by digital tools and assessments for SSC, ICSE, and CBSE syllabi in classes 8 to 10; science stream coaching in classes 11 and 12 covering JEE Main, JEE Advanced, MHT-CET, and NEET; commerce stream coaching in classes 11 and 12 including CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, CS EET, and CS Executive; and additional programs such as Fintech Certification and IELTS preparation. Arihant Academy operates primarily in the Mumbai metropolitan region across multiple centers in areas including Borivali, Kandivali, Mira Road, Virar, Dahisar, Navi Mumbai, and Vasai, targeting students preparing for board exams, competitive entrances, and professional qualifications in a single coaching services segment. Founded in 1998 and headquartered at Ground Floor, Triveni Sadan, Carter Road No. 3, Borivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company was incorporated as India Tutorials Private Limited in 2007, acquired the Arihant Academy partnership business in 2009, changed its name to Arihant Academy Private Limited in 2012, and converted to a public limited company in 2022. In recent developments, Arihant Academy acquired a 51% stake in ZEAL Academy in October 2024 at a valuation of INR 17 crore to expand into Navi Mumbai with enhanced IIT-JEE and NEET coaching; completed the 100% acquisition of Carmel Classes and Carmel Tuitions in April 2025 for USD 1.2 million, adding over 30 classrooms and 2,000 students in Vasai; and signed an MOU in 2025 for its 36th branch in Nashik, alongside a strategic partnership in Nawalgarh, Rajasthan. These moves strengthen its infrastructure, geographic footprint, and curriculum breadth for STEM and professional courses amid robust financial growth, with total revenue rising 35% to INR 42.58 crore in fiscal year 2025.
