In November 2025, the company entered a drill-for-equity agreement with AMW Mining Pte Ltd to fund and expand its Phase II drilling program at Kameelburg by 11,000 metres of appraisal and metallurgical diamond drilling, including acquisition of a Diamec Smart 8 rig valued at A$1.5 million settled via share issuance; earlier in 2025, it deployed in-house drill rigs to accelerate Kameelburg growth and commenced heavy rare earth exploration at the nearby Omuronga project in Namibia.
