The company represents a diversified portfolio of luxury and prestige automotive brands including BMW, MINI, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Polestar, Zeekr, Volkswagen, Subaru, Kia, Alpina, Ducati, and BMW Motorrad, as well as emerging electric vehicle marques; it operates approximately 75 franchised dealerships, used motor vehicle outlets, franchised motorcycle dealerships, and collision repair facilities primarily in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, the Gold Coast, and Auckland. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Leichhardt, New South Wales, Autosports Group Limited targets prestige automotive consumers through its full-service lifecycle offerings encompassing sales, servicing, parts, finance, and insurance. In recent developments, the company announced in November 2025 its planned acquisition of ten Barry Bourke Motors dealerships in Victoria for approximately AU$34 million, adding franchises for Audi, Volvo Cars, Jaguar Land Rover, Geely, GMSV, LDV, Peugeot, Renault, and Suzuki in locations including Berwick and Doncaster, with completion expected in December 2025 subject to approvals; it also completed the acquisition of Mercedes-Benz Canberra and a site in Southport, Queensland in October 2025, supporting ongoing expansion in key Australian markets.
