Ashoka Metcast Limited engages in the trading and manufacturing of structural steel products in India. Incorporated in 2009 and headquartered at 7th Floor, Ashoka Chambers, Mithakhali Six Roads, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, it operates primarily in the domestic market with subsidiary Rhetan TMT Limited. Recently, Ashoka Metcast acquired an additional 3.03% stake in Rhetan TMT by converting loans into 400,000 shares; appointed Umangkumar Hirabhai Patel as additional independent director effective May 2025 for five years pending shareholder approval; and scheduled a board meeting for November 11, 2025 to consider increasing authorized share capital via postal ballot.
