ASK Automotive Limited ASK Automotive Limited (ASKAUTOLTD.BO), an Indian auto ancillary manufacturer founded in 1988 and headquartered in New Delhi, specializes in advanced braking systems, aluminium lightweighting precision solutions, and safety control cables for two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles; its core offerings include brake shoes, disc brake pads, brake panel assemblies, brake linings, clutch plates, engine covers, cylinder blocks, throttle bodies, ECU housings, front and rear brake cable assemblies, throttle cables, speedometer cables, and clutch cable assemblies, serving OEMs, OES, and independent aftermarket customers with powertrain-agnostic products across internal combustion and electric segments. The company operates 18 manufacturing facilities pan-India, including a new mega plant in Karoli, Rajasthan, and an 18th facility under development in Karnataka, while exporting to over 12 countries and leveraging a workforce exceeding 7,000 with in-house R&D supported by 52 proprietary formulations and four technical collaborations with ASK Technica Corporation (Japan), NUCAP (Canada), HSH Safety Control Cable (Taiwan), and LIOHO (Taiwan), plus a joint venture ASK Fras-Le Friction Private Limited for commercial vehicle brake pads. Recent developments encompass strategic joint ventures with AISIN Group Companies (April 2024) for passenger car aftermarket products, T.D. Holding GmbH (2025) for sunroof and helix cables, and Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki Co. Ltd. (March 2025) for high-pressure die-cast alloy wheels for two-wheelers; partnerships with LIOHO Machine Works (February 2024) for two-wheeler alloy wheels; commencement of production at the 18th Karnataka facility and a 9.9 MW solar plant in Sirsa, Haryana (January 2025); and robust financial growth with 21% YoY total income increase to ₹919 crore and 41% EBITDA growth in Q3 FY25, alongside a CRISIL rating upgrade to AA.
