Business
Avation PLC is a commercial passenger aircraft leasing company that owns and leases a fleet of modern narrow-body, wide-body and turboprop aircraft to airlines worldwide. The company leases Airbus A220, A320, A321 and A330 narrow-body and wide-body jet aircraft; Boeing 777-300ER wide-body aircraft; and ATR 72 turboprop aircraft to customers including easyJet, EVA Air, Alliance Air India, VietJet Air, Fiji Airways, Mandarin Airlines, Cebu Pacific, airBaltic, Aerlink, PNG Air, Braathens, Philippine Airlines, Danish Air Transport and Etihad Airlines. Incorporated in England and Wales in 2006 and headquartered in Singapore with a registered office in London, Avation operates globally across Asia-Pacific, Europe and other regions, focusing on new technology low CO2 emission aircraft to serve regional and international carriers. Recent developments include the establishment of a USD 1 billion Global Medium Term Note programme and issuance of USD 300 million senior unsecured notes maturing in 2031 to refinance 2026 debt; acquisition of an Airbus A320 leased to Etihad Airlines, expected to close in March 2025; new lease agreements for ATR 72-600 aircraft with SUM Air of South Korea for delivery in November 2025 and with PNG Air; sale of a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft and certain ATR aircraft from its orderbook; securing an USD 85 million expandable portfolio financing facility; and extension of widebody leases, with all 33 aircraft in its fleet leased as of June 2025 across 16 airlines in 14 countries.
