Azelis Group NV is a leading global innovation service provider and distributor of specialty chemicals and food ingredients, serving industries including life sciences and industrial chemicals through an integrated network of more than 70 laboratories and technical centers in over 65 countries. Amit Group in India to reinforce its footprint; additionally, the company launched its 'Impact 2030' sustainability initiative, expanded partnerships such as with AGRANA for personal care in select Asia-Pacific markets, reported stable FY 2024 profits with improving trends, and achieved a 34% increase in free cash flow for the first nine months of 2025.
