Cake Box Holdings Plc operates as the holding company for a franchise-based retailer of fresh cream celebration cakes and related confectionery products in the United Kingdom. The company manufactures and supplies 100% egg-free sponge bases, fresh cream, and other core ingredients from centralized facilities in Enfield, Bradford, and Coventry to its network of over 250 franchise stores; franchisees complete on-demand decoration and personalization of cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, loaf cakes, platter cakes, cake slices, premium ranges such as Mango and Speculoos caramelised biscuit, and treats; it also provides party accessories including balloons and candles, with sales facilitated through physical stores, click-and-collect online platform, and delivery partnerships with Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.
