Covivio SA (COV.PA) is a leading European real estate investment company focused on owning, developing, managing and servicing high-quality office, residential, hotel and commercial properties in prime urban locations. The company offers diversified assets including premium offices under brands such as Wellio for flexible workspaces; residential housing through its German subsidiary Immeo SE with over 41,200 units and French co-living initiatives like Covivio to Share; hotels totaling 38,354 rooms managed via its WiZiU platform supporting brands including Accor, Hilton, IHG and Marriott, alongside direct management and franchise models; and ancillary services encompassing concierge solutions, building digitalization via Facilioo, catering, well-being and mobility offerings. Covivio operates across key markets in France (notably Paris and La Défense), Germany (Berlin, Dusseldorf), Italy (Milan) and other European hubs such as Belgium, Spain and the UK, with a portfolio valued at €23.6 billion.
