Business
Corporate Travel Management Limited (CTD.AX) provides global travel management solutions, specializing in the procurement and delivery of corporate travel, accommodation, and related services for businesses and governments. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, the company offers a comprehensive suite of products and services, including business travel management; meeting, incentive, and event planning; resources and sports travel; leisure travel; loyalty programs; wholesale travel arrangements; online booking tools such as CTM Portal, Lightning, and mobile app; travel risk management via Travel Risk Hub; and detailed business travel reporting and expense management. It operates across key geographic regions, including Australia and New Zealand, North America, Asia, the United Kingdom, and Europe, serving large organizations in sectors such as government, healthcare, mining, energy, infrastructure, and construction, with a workforce exceeding 5,000 employees. In recent developments, the company faces significant operational challenges in its UK and Europe division, including the reversal of approximately A$80 million in revenue due to adjustments in revenue recognition on unspecified customer contracts, leading to a trading suspension since August 2025 and delays in releasing FY25 financial statements beyond the ASIC-extended deadline of December 31, 2025. Corporate Travel Management has stood down its UK boss, appointing Global Chief Operating Officer Eleanor Noonan as interim CEO for UK and Europe to ensure leadership continuity during an ongoing internal governance investigation, while also anticipating additional A$13.9 million in provisions for its Australia and New Zealand operations. Earlier expansions include the 2020 acquisition of U.S.-based Travel & Transport for North American entry and the 2021 purchase of Helloworld Travel Group's corporate and entertainment brands, alongside the launch of an enhanced hotel platform in North America integrated with CTM Lightning, surpassing 900,000 bookable rooms.
