Business
Eloro Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and mine development company focused on advancing precious and base metal projects in Bolivia, Peru and Quebec. The company holds a 99% interest in the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project, comprising the road-accessible, royalty-free Porvenir concession of 900 hectares in the Potosi Department of southern Bolivia, which features polymetallic epithermal-porphyry mineralization including silver, tin, zinc, lead, copper, gold and bismuth; an 82% interest in the La Victoria gold/silver project encompassing 16 concessions over 8,933 hectares in Peru's North-Central Mineral Belt; and various base metal properties in Quebec. Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Eloro targets polymetallic, gold and silver deposits primarily in South America and Canada. Eloro advances these assets through extensive diamond drilling, geophysical surveys, metallurgical testing and resource delineation, with over 109,000 metres drilled at Iska Iska since 2020, including ongoing definition programs targeting high-grade silver-tin zones and potential starter pit expansions. In 2025, the company completed bought deal LIFE private placements upsized to C$14.0 million in September for project funding; made a US$1.5 million option payment and amended schedules to progress toward 100% ownership of Iska Iska; reported significant drill intercepts such as 90 metres grading 61.05 g/t silver and 0.20% tin in November, 456 metres grading 1.72% zinc in October, and 213 metres grading 0.51% tin in September; and acquired shares and warrants in Cartier Silver Corporation in October. These activities support a preliminary economic assessment and position Iska Iska as a major silver-tin resource amid global critical minerals demand.
