In recent developments, enX in March 2025 entered a Subscription and Options Agreement with Trichem South Africa Proprietary Limited to divest its interest in West African International, the chemicals entity, aligning with a strategy to grow core businesses, unlock value through sale to a global polymer market player and retain debt within the divested group, with the transaction classified as a category 2 deal per JSE Listings Requirements; additionally, in October 2025, enX closed the acquisition of a letting enterprise including immovable property at 30-38 Jacoba Street, Alberton, as a going concern after fulfilling suspensive conditions.
