Business
FDM Group (Holdings) plc is a global professional services firm specializing in information technology consulting and recruitment, training, and deployment of permanent consultants to clients in financial services, banking, technology, and other sectors. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in London, United Kingdom, the company operates across the UK and Ireland, North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa excluding the UK, and Asia Pacific, delivering services through five specialist practices: software engineering; data and analytics; IT operations; change and transformation; and risk, regulation, and compliance. It recruits, trains, and places university graduates, career returners, ex-military personnel, and others via its FDM Skills Labs, providing expertise in development, testing, IT service management, project management, business analysis, business intelligence, data services, and cyber security, with subsidiaries including FDM Group Limited and Astra 5.0 Limited. In March 2024, FDM Group completes a brand refresh, unveiling its five specialist practices and emphasizing AI-enabled talent integration with human expertise to address digital skills shortages. Recent expansions include new centers in Limerick, Ireland; St. Petersburg, US; and Melbourne, Australia, announced in 2023 to support over 100 consultants in Ireland, 50 in the US for clients like Citi and Deutsche Bank, and nearly 400 in Australia alongside its Sydney office. In August 2025, FDM Group acquires CCS Insight, a telecom pricing and market share research firm, enhancing its data capabilities with CCS Insight's 30 years of connected technology analysis and global coverage.
