Eiffage SA (FGR.PA), a leading European construction and concessions company headquartered in Velizy-Villacoublay, France, and formed in 1992 through the merger of historic firms dating back to 1844, designs, builds, finances, operates and maintains infrastructure, buildings and urban facilities across eight business lines organized into four divisions including construction, infrastructure, energy systems and concessions; core offerings encompass building construction and renovation for residences, offices, shopping centers, hospitals and stadiums through Eiffage Construction; real estate development and urban regeneration via Eiffage Immobilier and Eiffage Amenagement; road construction, maintenance and urban development solutions by Eiffage Route; civil engineering works in transport infrastructure, water and waste treatment, energy facilities, hydraulic projects, earthworks and network systems such as sanitation and district heating under Eiffage Genie Civil; metallic construction of building envelopes, facades, artistic structures and multi-technical solutions for industrial sectors including offshore wind farms via Eiffage Metal; electrical, industrial, climate and energy engineering services for municipalities, industry, infrastructure, networks and tertiary sectors through Eiffage Energie Systemes with brands like Hyline for fluid systems, Meci for metering, Lab Assistance for lab maintenance and Rambure for adhesive systems; and long-term concessions for motorways, tunnels, solar plants, stadiums, university facilities and public amenities spanning education, transport, health and energy; operations span primarily France and Europe with 79,400 employees in the region generating 21.1 billion euros in European revenue in 2024 alongside select international projects in West Africa and Colombia, serving public and private clients focused on low-carbon ecological transition with 2024 group revenue of 24.3 billion euros and a contracting order book of 28.9 billion euros.
