Business
Global Data Centre Group was formerly a stapled managed investment scheme providing unitholders access to a portfolio of digital infrastructure assets, primarily data centres, across Asia Pacific and Europe. The entity was established in 2019 and maintained its base in Sydney, Australia. Following a unitholder resolution in July 2023, the Group shifted to a value realization strategy, concentrating on the orderly disposal of its existing investments rather than pursuing new acquisitions. The company subsequently delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange in June 2025, and is now managed by Evolution Trustees Limited to oversee residual matters, facilitate final distributions, and ultimately terminate the schemes.
