Gem Aromatics operates manufacturing facilities in India, with exports to key markets including the United States, China, Brazil, Singapore, and over 20 other countries, contributing the majority of its revenue from international sales. Incorporated in 1997 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, at A/410 Kailash Complex, Vikhroli Powai Link Road, Vikhroli West, the company holds leading positions in India with approximately 12% share in menthol derivatives by volume and 65% share in eugenol production. In August 2025, Gem Aromatics completed a successful initial public offering on the National Stock Exchange, raising approximately INR 4.51 billion through a fresh issue of INR 1.75 billion and an offer for sale of INR 2.76 billion, which was oversubscribed 21.71 times.
