The company generates all revenue from Australian operations while pursuing international expansion in Namibia.
Recent developments include the acquisition of full ownership of the Ellendale project from Burgundy Diamond Mines in March 2023; the granting of three key mining leases M04/475, M04/476 and M04/477 in May 2024 covering the core E4, E9 and E12 areas to enable restart of diamond production; execution of a mining benefits agreement and completion of heritage and flora/fauna surveys in partnership with the Bunuba Dawangarri Aboriginal Corporation; an Ore Purchase Agreement with Black Cat Syndicate Limited in October 2025 to process 100,000 tonnes of ore from the Edjudina Gold Project; and acquisition of strategic uranium prospects in Namibia's Erongo district.
