(GIVN.SW) manufactures and markets flavours, fragrances, active beauty ingredients, and wellbeing solutions for the food, beverage, consumer goods, personal care, and cosmetics industries. The company operates through two primary divisions, Taste & Wellbeing, offering flavours, taste modulation, functional ingredients, nutritional solutions, natural colours, and extracts for beverages, dairy, savoury, sweet goods, and natural ingredients categories; and Fragrance & Beauty, providing fine fragrances, consumer product fragrances, fragrance ingredients, active cosmetic ingredients including emollients like Neossance Squalane and Hemisqualane, and beauty innovations for personal care, household products, and perfumes. Givaudan serves multinational and local customers worldwide across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East; founded in 1895 and headquartered in Vernier, Switzerland. Recent developments include the completion of its majority stake acquisition in Brazilian fragrance house Vollmens Fragrances in September 2025 to enhance capabilities with local and regional customers in Latin America; full acquisition of the remaining shares in b.kolormakeup & skincare in July 2024 to expand in skincare and makeup; a CHF 40 million investment in a new fragrance and beauty production facility in Guangzhou, China, announced in late 2024 with completion targeted for 2026 to support growth in high-potential markets; and the unveiling of a 2030 growth strategy in August 2025 alongside a CEO succession plan.
