Founded in 1985 by three Australian brothers and headquartered in Port Melbourne, Australia, with key facilities in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, San Diego, Hossegor, and Shenzhen, the company recently launched electric skateboard products under DOT Boards toward the end of 2019, acquired the swimwear brand It's Now Cool and introduced Milkbar bikes in 2022, and held its 2025 annual general meeting on October 20, 2025.
